EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT

Objective:To record inspection done on of Emergency type equipment.

Below steps to be followed to conduct an inspection on Equipment:

  • System user can submit Emergency Equipment inspection. User is allowed to save entry as draft mode & edit it later.

  1. Go to Emergency Equipment | Emergency Equipment. Form shall open.
  2. Select Plant/Site, Emergency Equipment Category, and Inspection Date, fill Signed By, apply Signature.
  3. On click ‘Add item’ will add one table on form to fill relevant details of Category (Fire Extinguisher/ Fire Bucket).
  4. In case ‘Fire Extinguisher’, following fields need to fill in.
    1. Location (Free + Auto Search), Extinguisher No, Type, Size / Capacity, Date of Refilling, Date of Hydro Test, Safety Seal, Safety Clip/Pin, Discharge Hose, Discharge Nozzle / Horn, Cap Assembly, Body, Trolley Wheels, Carrying Handle, Inspection Tag, Remarks etc.
    2. Note :

      • For Fire Bucket will be having other set of fields to be filled in.
  5. If press ‘Save’ it gets submitted & record get saved with unique report number. Ex. NSM24/FEI/2023/0040. See Image 2 & Image 3.

  1. On click ‘Save as Draft’ record will be saved & available in search page. User can edit & submit it later. See Image 3.

Note :

  • Save as Draft item is only allowed to edit from initiator in their login & as per permission given.
  • Inspection Date is not allowed to select as future date.
  • Signature is allowed to set by Uploading Signature or Draw Signature feature
  • The fields marked with * are mandatory to be filled.
